Property is located on 35th Pershing Rd.

Main Bath: Demo and debris removal from the premises.

Steam Shower: Build out the shower with two removable rows of cedar seating.

The size of the shower will be 3x6".

Move the heating vent out the way of the shower. The ceiling under the vent will have to be opened in order to move the vent. The ceiling will have drywall installed, mud, tape, sanded and painted

Install sealed shower doors. Seal the entire shower so the steam doesn't seep out.

Steam Bath Generator Package: Generator, Outside control, lights and steam head.

Install the steam generator in the linen closet outside of the bathroom.

Plumbing
Install shower faucet with rain head, wand, and the spout that will come from the wall.

Install two faucets that will come out the wall over the vessel sink.

Move the toilet stack 90 degrees to face the new vanity

Install a new tub faucet for the tub

The old tub will be staying in place and we are not replacing it.

Install buffet cabinet that we are turning into a vanity. (install a new 48" vanity with two vessel sinks or a 48" single bowl sink.) May have to make changes to the drain line.

Install cement on the shower floor with drain placement.

Insulation on the exterior wall if needed

Install a sealed door for the shower door

Slope the ceiling 2" for every 1 foot. Install a 220 line for the steam generator.

Install 2 or 2.5 feet of tile around the tub, shower, floor and 1 foot of tile over the .

Install ceramic tile in the shower with mosaic tile strip
Towel Bar Set
1 mirror

Paint BathroomInstall 5 1/4 baseboard.

Paint the baseboard, doors and trim a high gloss white

Install barn door

install two floating shelve in the tub area

Electrical
install GFCI

1 vanity light over the mirror

install 220 line for the heating unit
Install new Exhaust fan, change out the light switch and outlets if needed

Install 1 recessed light in the shower

Livingroom

Chandelier install in the living room

Move the location of the old light and install a Chandelier
