Scope of Work Labor ONLY

Property is located on 119th Harvard

We turned a bedroom into a bathroom.

  1. Finish getting the walls ready for paint.

  2. Paint the walls, door, window trim and baseboards.

  3. Install pocket door

  4. Install 5 wood shelves in the opening in the wall 

  5. Install the heated floors

  6. Install the tile and pebble flooring in the bathroom

  7. finish installing the switches 

  8. Install the plumbing fixtures

  9. Grout the shower and wall

  10. Install the vanity, faucet, p-trap, waterline, valves

  11. The mirror is a LED Mirror and it will need an outlet install.

  12. Install 2 glass shower walls but NO shower door.

  13. We may be changing out the window trim.

  14. I'm sure I missed something

The flooring of the shower is going to be some click and lock teak flooring at the property. Big rocks will go around the teak flooring creating a spa environment.
