1. Demo and debris removal of old kitchen cabinets, hardware, countertops and flooring.

2. Remove soffits if possible

3. Install 10 new kitchen (Gray Shaker cabinets) cabinets.

4. Install Backsplash

5. Install new sink,

6. faucet fixtures 

7. hardware (Cabinet Nobs)

8. Install new Ceramic Flooring 

9. New GFCI outlets installed at the countertops

10. Pluming: P-trap, waterline, baskets and valves.

11. Paint living room, kitchen,

12. Install new 5 1/4 baseboards, door and window trim

13. Install a new pre-hung back door

14. Install 1 circuit breaker to move the microwave to a different breaker to prevent popping.

15. Install garbage disposal

16. Install waterlines for the dishwasher and fridge

17. Need an outlet for the microwave over the stove.

18. Install new double pane window with (aluminum capping if needed)

19. Remove the wall to open the kitchen to the dining room. Install a 48" island with countertop and area for seating in that opening.

20. Install a beam as support the ceiling

21. Install 2 pendant lights at the island

22. Move the electrical and ductwork in the wall.
