The basic bathroom package consist of a new standard tub, tile surround with mosaic trim, matching floor tile, shower faucet, vanity, mirror, faucet and toilet.

Rules and Restrictions: This offer is only for the residents of the Chicagoland area and deposit of $2000 is required to lock your price in. Once your appointment is scheduled a design representative of the company will go over the design options you have available. Also, any upgrades you would like will be considered an up charge and or if your entire bathroom drywall need to replaced that will also be an up charge.

This promotion is for a basic bathroom size of 5' x 7'. The turnaround around time to complete a bathroom is around 5 to 10 days.
